Our Classic Cuvée 2017 is here!

Matthew Jukes recently leaked the news of this release when reviewing our Classic Cuvée 2015 and, consistent with the praise he heaped and our philosophy, this release has also had the benefit of secondary fermentation in bottle far longer than the usual two year most producers adopt.  In fact it has had three times that length leading to a wonderful balance of fresh ripe citrus and orchard fruit with soft baked pastry aromas.

Yes, it has been released ahead of our Classic Cuvée 2016 as the 2017 vintage is bang on ready while our 2016 vintage is just getting better all the time.

In terms of profile, we place it between our award winning Classic Cuvée 2014 and Classic Cuvée 2015 wines and this is one you will want to enjoy with food.  Kay chose luxury fish pie and I chose partridge and wild mushroom risotto.
