TASTING NOTES & PAIRINGS

Pale straw in colour.

Leading notes of softly baked pastry and mature savoury flavours, decadently followed by ripe citrus grove, orchard fruit, grapefruit and quince. Hints of spice.

Dry, with a refreshing, well balanced acidity and a fine, soft mousse.

Beautifully long length.

Like all vintage wines this Classic Cuvée is very much evocative of its growing season.
2017 led with a hard frost during bud burst, bringing concentrated yields of outstanding quality fruit. The result, a fresh and elegant blend of our classic varieties and a superb sparkling wine.
