NOTES FROM THE VINEYARD
2018 was a memorably fine year for growers but not without its challenges. With no frosts and otherwise perfect weather conditions, growers remember it as one of largest harvests of the decade. Given the bumper crop across all varieties, we spent a lot of time during blending, trialling different flavour combinations before finally creating this stunning Rondo, Pinot Gris partnership.
